As we’re entering the busiest time of year for apprenticeship interviews, we thought now would be a good time to remind you all of how to act during the interview itself. If you know what to expect, it’ll help offset any nerves you will have.
Generally, interviews follow a set pattern. The interviewer will:
Tell you about the company and the job
Ask you questions which will assess your abilities, personality and motivation
If you have any questions, you’ll be encouraged to ask
Inform you of the next stage of the process and when a final decision will be made.
